The Therapeutic Center for Chronic Patients hosts 64 seniors with chronic diseases. The Center is divided in two wings-one specializing in dementia and one operating as a traditional care home. Approximately half of the 64 seniors reside in the dementia wing. The other seniors have various chronic diseases and receive medical services from health professionals as well as nursing, physical therapy, and other standard care home services.

The Rehabilitation Center houses 20 patients and offers post-hospitalization care to patients. The Center operates as an intermediate stage of therapy after patients exit the Hospital and before their return home. Annousakeio also has a food program whereby 130 families receive food supplies and meals on a monthly basis. Additionally, it has a mobile medical unit that is composed of volunteer doctors who offer medical services to vulnerable seniors of the surrounding villages.
