Médecins Sans Frontières is an international medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare. It offers assistance to people based on need, irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation. Médecins Sans Frontières was founded in Paris in 1971 and in 2014 was involved in 450 programs in 65 countries.
