1. Acceptance of terms & eligibility
The present website ("Website") is owned by the TIMA Charitable Foundation ("Foundation"), which is responsible for its operation. By using the Website, you accept to be bound by the present terms of use ("Terms").

2. Intellectual and industrial property rights
The Website, its contents, as well as any intellectual creations, trademarks and/or any other intellectual and industrial property rights included therein are either property of the Foundation or are property of third parties, which have granted to the Foundation the right to use these, and are protected by the applicable legislation on copyright and industrial property rights.
